1. [New network] Merlin Chain (MERL). To use MERL please favorite it in currency control and update CoinSend & CoinGet clients to the latest version V2.0.3.

Feature Optimizations

1. [CoinSend Center] When approving dispatch records, the address selection box now includes address derivation numbers to help approvers distinguish between them.

2. [CoinSend Center] The display format of the on-chain time in the dispatch record list has been changed to show the date + time.

3. [CoinGet Client] Fixed an issue where records or cache were not updated, which caused collection failures.
